Why I like playing with Bluff Creek: I have been playing music with Bluff Creek for something around 4 years. I am a senior in High School and I remember getting out of class in 8th grade to go play with them. It has truly been an experience of a lifetime. They have had the wonderful opportunity to raise me somewhat, and truly show me the lives of Godly men. They set a great example to me on the side of life. As a musician, I too have been groomed, starting on bass with them, then switching to mandolin to fill that need. I wouldn't trade it for the world either. It's opened my eyes to great music and great experiences few people get to experience. The honest heart music of my ancestors. Apart from the "me" aspect, it's been an amazing ministry, constantly strengthening my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To tell people on a regular basis, by song, is beautiful. I LOVE playing with Bluff Creek and will be eternally thankful.
